By purchasing a subscription to Solid Theme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions described below.
THEME LICENSE
All our HTML Templates &WordPress themes are licensed under the general publiclicense. You may use your purchased theme on as many websites as you want. Please check your “readme.txt” in your theme folder after you download it.
THEME SUBSCRIPTION
All of our premium themes come with an initial 1-year subscription. This means that you can download the updates until a year of the purchase date. However, after one year, you will have to renew your subscription manually for the new updates. But, this subscription has nothing to do with the use of the theme on your website. You can use it on your site as long as you want it; without renewing your subscription. You can use our themes for unlimited domains that you own.
THEME DOWNLOADS
You will be able to download theme zip from your account. Your access to the zip file will be revoked after the end of your subscription. So, please keep the theme zip file safe. In case you lost it, then you can ask for a zip file by contacting our sales at https://solidtheme.org/contact-us/, where they will check for your subscription and will send you the zip file before your subscription end time.
THEME UPDATES
Theme updates are available only to active members who have made an individual theme purchase. When you purchase our premium theme, it comes with 1 year of theme subscription.
Our themes are constantly updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress. Please ensure that you always use the most current version of our themes.
THEMES COMPATIBILITY
Our themes are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 5.6 or higher. Any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality. The minimal requirement for our themes is the same as WordPress, which is PHP version 7.4 or greater, MySQL version 5.7 or greater, OR MariaDB version 10.3 or greater.
BROWSER COMPATIBILITY
Our themes have been tested to work on Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Internet Explorer 10 and above.
THEME SUPPORT
All our premium themes come with 1 time setup support access. But unfortunately, we don’t offer support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, and administration of WordPress itself.
PRICE CHANGES
Solid Theme reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Your use and browsing of the Site is at your risk. If you are dissatisfied with any of the Materials contained in the Site, or with any of these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue accessing and using the Site.
REFUND POLICY
At Solid Theme, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any technical/sales queries, feel free to contact us. However, Once the user make download of the theme, there shall be no refund or cancellation.
